Ingredients: 

• 2 cups cracked bulgur wheat
• 6 cups coconut water
• ½ cup cilantro, chopped
• ¼ cup Thai Basil, chopped
• ¼ mint, chopped
• ¼ cup salted peanuts, roasted
• ½ cup cherry tomato, halved
• 2 tablespoons fish sauce
• ¼ cup lime juice
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• A few good shakes of Crystal Hot Sauce (or similar)
• Salt and pepper to taste
