1 med spaghetti squash
olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c chopped cilantro

PEANUT SAUCE:
12 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2/3 c peanut butter
1/4 c coconut sugar ( used a little more)
2 T soy sauce
2 T white vinegar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil (used tahini)
2 tsp red curry paste (used red furry sauce- a little more)
