1/2 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
1/2 cup dry Sherry
2 tablespoons Thai peanut sauce
2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
4 large garlic cloves, peeled
1 1 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, chopped
3/4 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk

Tamari soy sauce and Thai peanut sauce are available in the Asian foods section of some supermarkets and at specialty foods stores and natural foods stores. Canned unsweetened coconut milk can be found at many supermarkets and at Indian, Southeast Asian, and Latin markets.
