1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 medium garlic cloves, minced (about 2 teaspoons)
1 teaspoon table salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Topping
1 oz finely grated Parmesan cheese (about 1/2 cup)
8 oz shredded mozzarella (about 2 cups)
