FROSTING:
2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 pkg (2 lbs) confectioners’ sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 to 3 Tb milk, as necessary
extra chopped pecans for garnish, optional
