Ingredients: 

Bread:
1 loaf ciabatta bread, trimmed and halved horizontally
Olive oil for drizzling
1 clove garlic, halved

Shrimp:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 large shallot, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb extra-large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon leaves
2 packed cups arugula (2 oz), chopped
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese (2 oz), at room temp
