Tofu Scramble in a Mug

1/2 block firm tofu, crumbled
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 cup nutritional yeast (aka “vegan crack”)
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 bunch spinach
1 handful ‘shrooms
Seasonings (I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, and turmeric), to taste
