Tofu Stir-Fry with Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients: 

1 lb. firm tofu, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 Tbs. black bean sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 cup peanut oil
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 small head bok choy, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small green or yellow zucchini, cut into slices 3/4 inch thick
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 lb. sugar snap peas, trimmed
