Tonkatsu (Japanese Fried Pork Cutlet)

Notes: 

Another simple recipe that provides a nice twist to an ordinary meal. We serve with shredded cabbage, white rice and with our 8 Spice Vegetables recipe

Ingredients: 

4 Boneless pork chops
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 cup panko
1/4 cup flour
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups shredded cabbage
Bull-dog Sauce
3 cup of white rice


  1. Prepare egg wash of egg and milk
  2. dredge chops in seasoned flour
  3. dip in egg wash
  4. coat chops in panko bread crumbs
  5. Fry in frying pan with oil till browned on both sides
  6. Let chop rest for 5 minutes and slice
  7. drizzle with bulldog sauce
  8. serve with shredded cabbage and white rice
