Tortellini Pasta Baka

Ingredients: 

1 lb Precooked Tortellini
4 Tbsp Butter
2 cloves Garlic, minced
4 Tbsp Flour
2½ cup Milk
½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 cup Water


Preheat oven to 400

Heat tortellini in bowl and set aside.

In ovensafe dish, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 1 min, then wisk in flour until lumps gone. Let cook for a minute, then slowly add mild and cream 1/4 cup at a t time while shisking consistently. Turn heat up and add nutmeg, pepper, basil, oregano, and thyme. Add half mozzarella and parmesan, mixing until melted then add salt.

 

Add in cup of water and drained tortellini. Pour remaining cheese over top and bake for 15 minutes.
