Triple-Chocolate Chocolate Chip Afghans

Ingredients: 

200g butter
6 tablespoons sugar
1 1/3 cup flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
Crushed cornflakes
Chocolate chips


Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add flour and cocoa, then cornflakes to desired texture, and as many chocolate chips as you like.
  3. It will be a dry mixture, but should hold together nicely when rolled into balls. A dash of milk can be added if it's too dry.
  4. Roll into balls and lightly press with a fork onto the tray.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 15 minutes.
  6. When cooled, ice with the chocolatey-est icing you can make!

Dont spread a great deal whilst baking, so make sure you roll out balls to size of desired biscuits. I used approx 1c of choc chips and the same of cornflakes.
