2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
3 sheets of roasted seaweed (nori) which are approximately 8 inches by 8 inches
9 umeboshi picked plums
6 to 7 fresh shiso leaves (they are also called ooba, Japanese basil, or beefsteak)
Soy sauce
Wasabi (optional)
Pickled ginger (optional)
