Vanilla Glazed Baked Donuts

Ingredients: 

120 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour
70 grams (1/3 cup) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
28 grams (2 tablespoons) unsalted butter melted
1 egg
100 ml (1/3 cup+1 1/2 tablespoon) skim milk feel free to use full fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the vanilla glaze:
80 grams (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 small pinch salt
1 or 2 tablespoons milk
Optional: food coloring and sprinkles
