Ingredients: 

1 kg de blanquette de veau
250 g de champignons de Paris
3 tomates
1 oignon
4 échalotes
6 c. à  soupe d'huile
1 c. à  soupe de farine
10 cl de bouillon de viande
10 cl de vin blanc sec
1 bouquet garni (persil, thym, laurier)
5 branches de persil plat
1 pincée de poivre de Cayenne
Sel fin, poivre blanc du moulin
