Vefa's Pita Bread

Ingredients: 

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour [3 cups bread flour + 1/2 cup whole wheat flour]
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cup warm (body temperature) water - 110 degrees
cornmeal for dusting
vegetable oil for greasing the pan
