½ cup pistachios

¼ cup desiccated coconut

4 tablespoon cashew butter

1 tablespoon coconut oil

½ teaspoon matcha powder

3 tablespoons maple syrup

Vanilla extract – optional

For the chocolate glaze:
40 grams (1.4 oz) dark chocolate

1 teaspoon coconut oil – optional
