2 cans organic chickpeas (drained)
1/4 cup tahini
1/3 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water (purified or distilled)
4 cloves garlic
2 organic lemons (fresh squeezed)
2/3 cups organic sun-dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
