Vegan Whole Wheat Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients: 

1 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup sugar
1/4" piece of ginger root, minced

1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup of water
1 cup pumpkin puree (I used fresh pumpkin puree but you can used canned)
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 cup walnuts, chopped
