1 (16-ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 (10-3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
