1/2 lb boneless, skinless salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 lb scallops
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground chili paste
1 tsp minced garlic
5 c chicken stock
2 tomatoes, cored and diced
2 c pineapple, diced
1/2 onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c lime juice
3 scallions, cut diagonally 1/4 in thick
2 c bean sprouts
2 tbsp basil, chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
