White Bean and Ham Soup

4 cups Chicken broth ( or 1- 32 oz box)
1 1/2 cup (12 oz) Ham, fully cooked, diced or cubed [1]
1 Small onion, diced
1 cup Carrots, chopped
2 Large celery stalks, chopped
1 Small head of cauliflower (or about 3 cups), finely chopped
2 Medium zucchini, chopped
3 (15 oz) cans Cannellini beans, drained (or any white bean)
2 tsp Garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tbs Dried parsley
1 tbs Honey (or 2 pkts stevia)
After Cooking Stir In:
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
