4 1/2 large egg whites
1 liquid cup milk
2 1/4 tsp vanilla
3 cups of sifted cake flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 tsp grams salt
12 tablespoons unsalted butter
