Whole steamed Sea Bass

Notes: 

This doesn’t take that long to prepare and cook – 10 minutes will do the prep and 20 minutes will have it cooked and it’s very impressive when you unwrap this bad boy and drop it on the table with a pile of chips!

Ingredients: 

1 Fish is enough for 2 people:
1 Sea Bass – scaled and gutted
1 Fennel bulb sliced
1 large red chili sliced or diced
Butter
White wine
Salt and Pepper
Flat leaf parsley
1/2 lemon sliced
