1 1/2 lb loaf:

1 1/2 t bread machine yeast
2 2/3 c whole wheat flour
2 t dough enhancer
1 t vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 t salt
1 1/2 T vegetable oil
3 T honey
1 c lukewarm water
