substitute soymilk for whole milk

Ingredients: 

Makes 2 loaves

2 cups whole milk

3/4 cups water

1/4 cup canola oil

3 and 1/2 cups unbleached flour, divided use

1/4 cup honey

3 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

2 packets active dry yeast

4 cups whole wheat flour

1 cup rolled oats
