bacon, lettuce (especially bolted lettuce)
acv, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper
optional: radish, cherry tomato, cheese
Cook bacon, remove from pan
Sautee diced onions in bacon fat
Deglaze with ACV, add 1.5 Tbs sugar, 1T mustard, s+p
Drizzle dressing over bolted lettuce (or regular lettuce)
Top with crumbled bacon.
Optional Toppings: boiled egg, radish, cherry tomatoes, cheese
