Perfect to make during the winter months when fresh fruit is not as abundant. It can be made a day ahead for a holiday brunch.
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
20-oz. can pineapple chunks, drained and 3/4 c. juice reserved
1/3 c. orange juice
1 T. lemon juice
11-oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
3 to 4 red and green apples, cored and chopped
2 to 3 bananas, sliced
