Winter Squash Curry

1 Red Curi Squash
4 Carrots
1 Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic
5 Slices of Ginger
4 Handsfull of Raisins
4 Cloves
Rice Milk or Rice Cuisine

  1.  Chop the onion, garlic, squash and carrots.
  2. Prepare whichever side dish you prefer for currys (e.g. Naan Bread or Rice)  
  3. Fry the onion, carrots, garlic, ginger and raisins in a large pan over medium high heat for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Increase the heat; add the chili, squash, kurkuma and cloves. Fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the rice milk into it, but not too much because you only bring it to a boil and then turn off the heat completely in order to keep the vegetables fresh and firm. Season with salt and nutmeg. If you prefer the vegetables soft, keep boiling for another 5 minutes.
