1/2 c thawed frozen spinach
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning to taste
Preparation:
Place the yogurt in a paper-lined coffee filter, set over a bowl, and allow to drain in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Squeeze as much liquid as possible from the spinach and discard the liquid.
Combine the drained yogurt, spinach, cheese, and seasoning in a small bowl.
