10-12 bamboo skewers
450 gms – 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, at room temperature
9 spring onions/scallions
Vegetable oil
125 ml - ½ cup soy sauce
125 ml - ½ cup mirin
60 ml - ¼ cup sake
60 ml - ¼ cup water
2 tsp packed brown sugar
