Yeast-Free Vegan Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Ingredients: 

Dry:
3 cups sprouted whole wheat flour (One Degree Organics brand used)
1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp pink salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Wet:
1 medium banana
1 cup soymilk or almondmilk (plain flavor - do not use a fat free variety)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp light brown or coconut sugar, organic
Filling:
3/4 cup light brown or coconut sugar, organic
2 Tbsp vegan butter, softened
cinnamon - enough to blanket the surface of the rolled out cinnamon rolls - about 1 1/2 tsp
Frosting: (double frosting recipe for extra frosting)
1/3 cup vegan cream cheese
1/3 cup organic powdered sugar
3 Tbsp soy or almond milk
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
On Top: 1 tsp coconut oil bits over top rolls before baking
Greasing Dish: 1 tsp coconut oil
