Yogurt and fruit mousse to regulate the bowel


The yogurt and fruit mousse is a delicious dessert rich in enzymes, lactic acid bacteria and vitamins that cause the bowel has better performance. Moreover, it is also useful to reaffirm the tissues, and provides calcium.
