1 cup whole or 2% plain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup olive oil, plus more for coating the pan
2/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
