2 pork flanks
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, smashed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
Homemade fajita seasoning (for onion and pepper)
Fresh tortillas
Mexican cheese, shredded
Hot sauce, salsa, sour cream (optional)
