Ingredients: 

3 cups plain flour

1½ teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon soda

2 tablspoons cinnamon

2 tablspoons cocoa

1 teaspoon salt

Sift above ingredients together

4 eggs

1½ cups oil

3 cups grated zucchini

3 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup nuts (optional)

1 cup ra1sins
