Ingredients: 

2 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 large lemon, zested and juiced
1/2 cup grated Gruyère
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 large ripe zucchini
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, crumbled (we prefer French feta)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
