Zucchini Rolls

Ingredients: 

Dough:
600g Flour
1 Package Active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbl. Sugar
120g Butter
300ml warm Milk
Filling
400g Herbed cream cheese
200--300g zucchini
200g grated cheese
2 tbl. cream


  1. Heat the milk, sugar, and butter to about 50ºC, and knead with the remaining ingredients about 8 minutes. Let rise approximately one hour.
  2. Cook the zucchini until about half done, set aside to cool.
  3. After zucchini has cooled, mix with the grated cheese, cream cheese, cream and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll the dough out to 40 x 60 cm (or 20 x 30 twice)
  5. Spread the cheeze-zucchini mixture onto the dough
  6. Roll the dough from the short end and cut into about 2 cm wide sections
  7. Place into a pag and let rise another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
