use only 1/2 lemon juice and zest mixed with the pesto. Pan fry the chicken on the stove in a cast iron skillet, then pan fry the chopped vegetables, scraping up the fond. Lends a nice charred flavor to the overall mix!

Use less of the char next time; the burnt flavor overtook it a bit.

Use a food processor mandoline blade for easy slicing. FANTASTIC salad. This is a keeper.
