..tips to be successful:
. Constantly stir;
. Cook on medium low heat;
. Make sure the mixture is really thick before removing from heat. Being able to see quite a bit of the bottom of pan while stirring is the best way to tell the balls will not fall apart on you when rolling them;
. Let it cool completely before rolling it (you can even refrigerate it for a couple of hours before);
. Grease your hands as many times as needed (this will make the work less messy and you will turn out with perfect little balls.)
After the 1st brigadeiro, you'll become addicted.
