Really nice flavor, not overpowering with the soy. Could easily add ginger/lemon grass to give an asian flair.

Very yummy - great for a crowd. Will most definitely be making these more this summer. Can be made ahead of time and then reheated or you could plan to have these finish just as you put the burgers and hot dogs on.
