Made these over the weekend for a work bake sale, they turned out wonderfully. Very moist! I added some pumpkin spices to boost the flavor (some cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice). I also made a batch where I put a spoonful of caramel sundae topping in the middle and added a streusel to the top - very delicious!
DELICIOUS!!! And I'm not even a big pumpkin fan.
Easy to assemble, America's Test Kitchen recipes are always spot on!
I think that this may even make it into the "Holiday Baking Routine"
