Ingredients: 

Roasted Cauliflower

1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets (1 ½ lb.)
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced (2 tsp.)

Vinaigrette

½ cup raisins
3 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
