Garlicky Kale

Ingredients: 

1/2 bunch raw kale, washed, de-stemmed and dried
1 T tahini
1 T apple cider vinegar (or water)
1 T lemon juice
1 T Bragg’s liquid aminos (tamari or soy sauce would work too)
2 T nutritional yeast
1 tsp. minced garlic (1 – 2 cloves of garlic)
sesame seeds, to taste as garish (optional)
