Mushroom Galette

Ingredients: 

5 cups mushrooms, sliced thin (I used a mix of crimini and pied de mouton)
2 tablespoons Earth Balance butter
5 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1/4 chopped walnuts
7-8 sage leaves
1/2 recipe pie dough or 1 round store-bought pie dough
1 egg replacer
