For the tempura
85g/3oz plain flour

85g/3oz cornflour

100ml/3½fl oz fizzy water

vegetable oil, for deep frying

1 head broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets

For the dipping sauce
200g/7oz canned plum tomatoes

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 lime, zest and juice

½ tsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
