They’re quickly becoming my everyday breakfast because there’s just so many delicious ways to have them and all the protein makes them an ideal way to start the day. Just like my last pancake post, these are extremely high in protein (36g!) and low in carbs (just 4g)! The warm berry coulis adds an extra bit of comfort to this stack and the toasted almonds a lovely bit of crunch.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
4 Egg Whites
1 & 1/2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein (I use Sunwarrior)
1 Big Handful of Raspberries
4 Strawberries, Sliced Thinly
2 Tablespoons of Flaked Almonds
