Ingredients:
1 Large Head of Cauliflower
2 Carrots
1 Red Onion
100g of Mushrooms
1 Large Handful of Pak Choi
1 Large Handful of Spinach
2 Handfuls of Beansprouts
6 Pieces of Streaky Bacon
3 Eggs, Whisked
Optional: Chicken, prawns, peas, kale, any vegetable you like!
