This Asian Pulled Pork recipe makes use of the trusty slow cooker. It is incredibly simple to prepare, and results in tender, melt in the mouth meat.

Ingredients: 

Pork
800g-1kg Free-range Pork Shoulder
For the marinade: 1Tbs coriander seeds, ½ Tbs fennel seeds, 2 Tbs fresh ginger, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 Tbs chilli flakes, 1 Tbs fresh parsley & chives, salt and pepper, Tbs Tamari, Tbs olive oil.
4 garlic cloves
50mls / ¼ cup water
Tamari mashed carrots
8 large carrots
Tbs Tamari
butter/ghee/coconut oil
Handful Fresh coriander
Tbs fresh ginger, minced
Cucumber relish:
1 cucumber, finely diced
Handful fresh coriander, finely sliced
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp of toasted sesame seeds
