Ingredients: 

8-12 medium sized apples. Use any variety you have. I mixed it up.
1 Tbs. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cloves
2 tsp. Cinnamon
