Ingredients: 

1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
1 kiwi, peeled
1/2 avocado, peeled and seeded
1 cup (packed) kale, remove stem from the middle and discard
1 cup frozen red grapes
1 cup chilled green tea, freshly brewed, no sweeteners added
8 ice cubes
